Belok kanan, jumpa traffic light, straight 50m, jumpa round about - pukul 12, 200m jumpa traffic light, straight, jumpa round about - pukul 12, jumpa another traffic light, ambik kiri, belok kanan bawah flyover, 5km, jumpa MIAT. Inilah first time kami melalui pekan Nilai dan our first impression ialah sebuah kawasan yang cantek, well landscaped dan sesuai sebagai education township.

Tell me about yourself. My name is Amir Asyraf. Today is my 18th birthday (Amir born on 18th April 1991). I received my primary education at Sek Kebangsaan Bukit Beruntung where I was the Head Prefect. I got 4 A in UPSR and further my secondary education at Sek Men Agama Tinggi Kuala Kubu Bharu. I was a prefect and represented my school in badminton. After getting 7A in my PMR, I continue my study at MRSM Kubang Pasu. Over there I represented my College in badminton, inter MRSM co-operative course at Alor Star, National Mathematic Olympiad Competition, National Inter MRSM Police Cadet Camping at Besut Terengganu, and I also one of 20 students selected for International Education Visit to Jakarta and Bandong for 5 days where we managed to visit Universitas Padjamaran and Institut Teknologi Bandong. I was also a committee member for College's Co-operative, Surau, and Hostel. During waiting for SPM result, I was selected to attend National Services for 3 months at Kem Kg Baharu Lumut Perak. I have learned a lot of things such as Self Discipline, Time Management and Team Works. I got 5 A in my SPM and here I am attending my interview at MIAT, hoping to get a place pursuing my study in Diploma of Helicopter Maintenance.

Tell me aircraft model that you know. Sirkorsky S-64 & Bell 205. Wow you really interested in Helicopter. How the aircraft can fly? Since I'm interested in Helicopter, I would explain that helicopter is an aircraft that lifted and propelled by one or more horizontal rotors, each rotors consisting of two or more rotor blades. The primary advantage of a helicopter is from the rotor which provides lift without the aircraft needing to move froward, allowing the helicopter take off and land vertically without a runaway.

That shows how important this field is and organization such as MAS still depend a lot on foreigners." Setelah snap a few photos around the campus, we take off to PWTC for our annual event not to be missed Pesta Buku Antarabangsa 2009.
